Job Summary
Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols of the facility, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to identify and report unusual activity. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities. Monitor access to verify visitor credentials and maintain accurate documentation. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following site-specific escalation procedures. Communicate observations and maintenance concerns to leadership and site contacts. Work a rotating day shift from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM in Louisville, KY, serving clients in the tech, media, and telecommunications sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
