Job Summary
Monitor communication systems, coordinate security responses, and dispatch personnel for alarms, access concerns, and critical incidents at technology and data infrastructure locations. Provide customer service by executing site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities while maintaining accurate dispatch logs and incident records. Escalate concerns through established channels to support operational continuity and visible, responsive presence. Full-time day shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) with a background investigation and drug screen required.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of security-related experience
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 21 years of age
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
