Job Summary
Monitor communication systems, coordinate security-related responses, and dispatch personnel for alarms, access concerns, and critical situations at technology and data infrastructure locations. Provide customer service by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities while maintaining accurate dispatch logs and incident records. Support access control activities and operational continuity through calm, problem-solving incident escalation and shift handoff documentation.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of security-related experience
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED
- At least 21 years of age
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
