Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned commercial real estate areas, including common spaces, exteriors, parking facilities, and perimeters, to deter unauthorized activity. Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and staff while responding to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a professional manner. Document security-related activity, unusual conditions, and maintenance concerns by maintaining accurate daily activity reports and shift communications. Maintain a visible presence at the location to support access control activities and emergency response procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
Desired Qualifications
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
