Job Summary
Security Officer responsible for monitoring activity and proactively supporting a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for guests and team members at Crown Sydney. Duties include addressing incidents in a timely, discreet, professional manner; responding to incidents with de-escalation and a safety-first approach; supporting safe crowd environments and managing hazards, alarms, and evacuations; escorting or transporting valuables such as chips, cash, and documents. Requires NSW 1A Security Licence, First Aid Certificate, RSA & RCG, and ability to obtain NSW Casino Employee Licence. Rotating 24/7 roster with day and night shifts; training and support provided to succeed.
Required Qualifications
- Current 1A NSW Security Licence
- First Aid Certificate

- Ability to obtain and maintain NSW Casino Employee Licence (paid for upon commencement)
