Job Summary
Monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols of residential common areas and building perimeters, and maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents. Respond to resident concerns and critical situations while providing welcoming customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors. Document incidents, observations, and shift activities accurately, communicating relevant information to site management. Support emergency response activities and monitor access points in accordance with site-specific policies. Work a day shift from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, in a residential condominium community in Beverly Hills, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Have at least 6 months of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
