Job Summary
Conduct visible bicycle patrols of commercial real estate properties, monitoring entrances, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns. Respond to incidents, alarms, and access issues while providing customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors. Report suspicious behavior, maintenance hazards, and policy violations through established procedures and prepare daily activity and incident documentation. Maintain a valid driver's license and ability to ride a bike for this day shift role in Ventura, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Able to ride a bike
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
