Job Summary
Conduct visible bicycle patrols of commercial real estate properties, including common areas, parking facilities, and perimeters, to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns. Respond to incidents, alarms, and access issues while providing customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors. Monitor access points for suspicious behavior and report maintenance hazards or policy violations. Prepare daily activity reports and incident documentation in accordance with site requirements. Requires a valid driver's license and ability to ride a bike.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Able to ride a bike
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen

- Preferred ability to ride a bike for long periods of time
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet
