Job Summary
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter theft, unauthorized activity, and other security-related concerns. Provide customer service to shoppers, team members, and visitors while carrying out site-specific policies and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner. Maintain authorized firearms and related equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policies, licensing requirements, and applicable laws. Document security-related incidents and observations, and coordinate with store management, emergency responders, and/or law enforcement as needed. Work a day shift from 12:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age
- A valid driver's license
- Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen

- An armed guard card or license
