Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas including lobbies, corridors, common areas, parking, and perimeter access points to deter unauthorized access and unusual behavior. Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while supporting hotel protocols. Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities, communicating relevant information to site contacts and leadership. Work a day shift from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM Monday through Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
