Job Summary
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas while conducting regular patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed. Provide customer service by executing security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Support patients, visitors, and staff by reporting hazards and policy concerns to appropriate personnel. Work a day shift from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at a Minneapolis, MN healthcare facility.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
