Job Summary
Monitor and control access to commercial office buildings and parking areas by verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and maintaining accurate entry records. Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while conducting regular patrols of building entrances, common areas, and perimeter zones to deter unauthorized activity. Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and employees by carrying out site-specific policies and emergency response activities as needed. Work full-time day shifts including Tuesday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and Sunday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM at a Shreveport, LA commercial real estate location.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
