Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols throughout production-adjacent areas, offices, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to maintain a visible presence and deter incidents. Respond to alarms, critical situations, and security-related concerns by following established reporting and escalation protocols while providing professional customer service to employees and visitors. Monitor visitor activity, verify credentials, and document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately. Shifts run from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Tuesday through Saturday at a manufacturing and industrial location in Columbus, IN. CPR certification and customer service experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
