Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of commercial property areas, including building exteriors, parking areas, common spaces, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations following established escalation and reporting procedures while providing customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property personnel. Monitor access points and observe site activity, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents to appropriate personnel. Complete accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation in accordance with site procedures. Work a full-time afternoon shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Tuesday through Saturday, safeguarding clients in commercial real estate and other industries.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- A valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- A state, county, or city-issued security-related license
- CPR certification
- Customer service experience
