Job Summary
Monitor access points and verify authorization for individuals, vehicles, deliveries, and service personnel entering the residential community. Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures and emergency response activities. Maintain accurate visitor, vendor, and vehicle entry records in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols of community entrances, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Work three days per week from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
