Job Summary
Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and respond to alarm panel activity to maintain a secure environment at a technology, media, and telecommunications location. Issue visitor badges, maintain accurate access logs, and conduct regular patrols of entry points, restricted areas, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized access. Respond to incidents and escalate critical situations according to site procedures while communicating professionally with employees, visitors, and leadership. Requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and background investigation; subject to drug screening. Day shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Alarm panel experience is preferred
