Job Summary
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor logs while screening vehicles and deliveries at a utilities location. Provide customer service to personnel, contractors, and drivers, and conduct regular patrols of access points and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents and critical situations following established communication protocols, reporting suspicious activity and policy concerns to appropriate personnel. This full-time, night-shift role requires a valid driver's license and occurs Monday through Sunday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license in the state where the job is located
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license for driving positions only
