Job Summary
Manage visitor and employee access, issue and verify badges, and monitor alarm panels at a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to access-related incidents and conduct regular patrols of entrances, production areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized access. Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and delivery personnel while documenting daily activities and completing required reports.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Alarm panel experience is preferred
