Job Summary
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management by carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities. Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout commercial property common areas, parking facilities, and building perimeters to identify unusual activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner while monitoring access points and observing visitor and delivery activity. Document patrols, incidents, observations, and shift activities accurately in required reports and communicate relevant information to leadership. Work day shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Monday through Sunday in Aurora, CO.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
