Job Summary
Greet and direct visitors, patients, and staff while verifying identification, issuing credentials, and maintaining accurate logs. Monitor access control systems, cameras, and alarms to report irregularities, then respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations by following site procedures and contacting emergency services as needed. Provide directions and information to the public while documenting daily security activities and observations. Work a day shift from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM in a healthcare location in Woonsocket, RI.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
