Job Summary
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor access at the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify identification and appointments, and follow established visitor management procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Observe front lobby activity and report unusual conditions, access concerns, or policy violations in accordance with site procedures. Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident documentation, and other required front desk records while providing a professional and welcoming presence. Daytime shift from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of security-related experience
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED
- At least 21 years of age
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
Desired Qualifications
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet
- A state, county, or city-issued security-related license
