Job Summary
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management by carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout commercial property common areas, parking facilities, and building perimeters to identify and report unusual activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner while monitoring access points and observing visitor and delivery activity. Document patrols, incidents, observations, and shift activities accurately in required reports and communicate relevant information to leadership. This role serves and safeguards clients in commercial real estate locations in Aurora, CO, supporting a culture of agility, reliability, and integrity within Allied Universal's facility services team.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
