Job Summary
Monitor assigned areas, conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings and perimeters, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents. Verify entry authorization at access points, provide customer service to personnel and visitors, and respond to alarms or critical situations following established protocols. Prepare accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation while communicating relevant information to leadership and site contacts. Work part-time days from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays at an aerospace and defense location in Minneapolis, MN.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet
- Access control and badge experience
