Job Summary
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a food and beverage distribution location by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations following established protocols, while conducting regular unarmed patrols of the facility, warehouse, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter. Monitor access points and visitor, employee, and delivery traffic in accordance with site procedures, maintaining accurate activity logs and incident reports. Communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to site management and Allied Universal leadership. This fixed-shift commitment requires a six-month base schedule with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma, and have a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
- This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment
Desired Qualifications
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
