Job Summary
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities. Monitor and control access to the logistics and distribution location by verifying credentials, processing visitors, and maintaining entry and exit records. Respond to incidents and access-control concerns following established site procedures while conducting regular patrols of access points, trailer yards, loading areas, and the business perimeter. Document incidents, visitor activity, and irregular conditions in accordance with reporting requirements. This part-time role in Walton, KY offers a six-month fixed-shift commitment with the option to pick up additional shifts through the Claim-A-Shift program. A valid driver's license is required for driving positions, and applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification is preferred
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- X-Ray screening experience is preferred
