Security Officer - Flexible - Luxury Shopping

Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out security procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, policy concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, common areas, corridors, and perimeter areas, helping to deter unwanted activity. Monitor access points, observe visitor and employee activity, and report unusual behavior, maintenance concerns, and potential risks to appropriate personnel. Support loss prevention awareness by remaining visible throughout the location, addressing customer service needs, and following post orders related to merchandise protection and after-hours procedures. Work part-time hours with a six-month fixed-shift commitment, with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform to increase earnings.
