Job Summary
Conduct security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle while watching for irregular conditions that may create safety hazards. Sound alarms or call police and fire departments for fires or unauthorized persons, warn violators of rule infractions, and permit authorized entry while monitoring exits. Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, maintain logs, and make emergency notifications per site Post Orders. Aid customers, employees, and visitors courteously. Work 30–40 hours per week with irregular shifts, little to no advance notice, and last-minute scheduling. Requires valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel for branch flex assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Be available to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be available for last-minute shift scheduling.
- Be willing to travel the required distance for branch flex assignments.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

- Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience
