Security Officer Flex Television Network Patrol

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by executing security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations while documenting details and communicating with property management or first responders. Conduct regular patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and exterior perimeters to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report security issues, suspicious behavior, and policy violations according to site guidelines. Assist with directions, visitor inquiries, and incident reporting while maintaining awareness of changing conditions across the property. Maintain a New York State Security Guard License, be at least 18 years old, and hold a high school diploma. Work fixed-anchor shifts with a six-month commitment or claim additional shifts through the scheduling platform.
