Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas, business zones, access points, and the perimeter to identify unusual activity and deter unauthorized access. Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities. Verify visitor and contractor credentials, report access concerns, and respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following established protocols. Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately in accordance with site reporting procedures. Work part-time shifts including Wed 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM and Sun 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM at a technology, media, and telecommunications location. Earn $17.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of security-related experience
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Possess a valid driver's license
