Job Summary
Conduct foot, bicycle, and vehicle patrols to check for unsafe conditions, security violations, and unauthorized individuals while observing for crime, disorder, and hazards. Screen members, visitors, and client employees for admittance, orally and physically de-escalate situations as needed, and respond to incidents including fires, medical emergencies, bomb threats, and hazardous materials. Inspect security devices and fire control equipment, provide patient escorts, and assist with transporting deceased to the morgue. Maintain a good driving record and business casual attire; complete required training and obtain Management of Aggressive Behavior certification. Earn $25.00 per hour in Orange, California, with medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must Have Good Driving Record
- Come dressed in business casual or business attire
- Prior work experience involving dealing with customers, troubleshooting, and/or managing stressful situations
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
- Post offer, must be able to successfully complete the training requirement and obtain a Management of Aggressive Behavior certification
