Job Summary
Conduct security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle while watching for irregular conditions or safety hazards. Sound alarms, call police or fire departments for emergencies, warn violators of rule infractions, and permit authorized entry while monitoring exits. Investigate accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; prepare reports and maintain written logs as required. Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous manner and make emergency notifications per site Post Orders. Work 30–40 hours per week with irregular shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends with little to no advance notice. Requires reliable transportation, ability to travel required distances, and last-minute shift scheduling availability.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be available for last-minute shift scheduling.
- Must be able to travel required distances for Branch Flex assignments.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

- Ability to speak, read, and write in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic)
- Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience
