Job Summary
Conduct security patrols on foot or in vehicles across designated areas while monitoring entrances, exits, and departing personnel to prevent theft. Watch for irregular conditions, warn violators of rule infractions, and sound alarms or contact police/fire for unauthorized persons or emergencies. Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and maintain required logs. Aid customers and employees in a professional manner and make emergency notifications per site Post Orders. Work 30–40 hours weekly with irregular, self-scheduled shifts in Union, NJ. Valid driver's license required for driving positions; background investigation and drug screen are mandatory conditions of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
