Job Summary
Conduct security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicles while monitoring entrances, exits, and departing personnel to protect against theft. Watch for irregular conditions, warn violators of rule infractions, and sound alarms or call police/fire for unauthorized persons or emergencies. Investigate incidents, prepare reports, maintain logs, and make emergency notifications per site Post Orders. Aid customers and employees in a courteous manner. Work 30–40 hours per week with irregular shifts and little to no advance notice via self-scheduling or manager assignment. A valid driver's license is required for driving positions.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to speak, read, and write in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic)
- Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience
