Job Summary
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by executing security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Respond to incidents and unusual activity while documenting observations and communicating with site contacts. Conduct regular patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking lots, and perimeters to deter unauthorized access. Monitor access points to verify credentials, visitor activity, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures. Support leadership with routine reports, shift pass-downs, and timely communication regarding incidents or policy issues. This role requires a six-month commitment to an anchor shift with the option to claim additional shifts via our scheduling platform. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, hold a high school diploma, and possess a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
