Job Summary
Conduct security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle while watching for irregular conditions, safety hazards, or unauthorized persons. Sound alarms or call police/fire department for emergencies, warn violators of rule infractions, and permit authorized entry while monitoring exits. Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, maintain logs, and aid customers, employees, and visitors professionally. Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders. Work 30–40 hours per week on irregular shifts with little to no advance notice, including holidays, nights, and weekends, requiring reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Available for last-minute scheduling and travel required distances.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Must be available for last-minute shift scheduling.
- Must be willing to travel required distances.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

- Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience
