Job Summary
Conduct security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle, watching for irregular conditions or safety hazards. Sound alarms or contact police/fire for unauthorized persons, warn violators of rule infractions, and permit authorized entry while monitoring exits. Observe departing personnel to prevent theft and investigate accidents, incidents, or suspicious activities by preparing reports and maintaining logs. Aid customers, employees, and visitors courteously and make emergency notifications per site Post Orders. Work irregular shifts with little to no advance notice using the shift-pickup platform. Must have 1+ years of security experience, a valid driver's license, and be at least 18 years old.
Required Qualifications
- Must have open availability
- Must have 1+ years of Security Experience
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience
- Valid driver's license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen
- Be at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed)
- Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
- Be able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
- Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public
- Effective oral and written communication skills

Desired Qualifications
