Job Summary
Conduct security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle while watching for irregular conditions, safety hazards, or unauthorized persons. Sound alarms, notify police or fire departments, warn violators of rule infractions, and permit authorized entry while monitoring exits. Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, maintain logs, and aid customers professionally. Make emergency notifications per site Post Orders. Work 30–40 hours per week with irregular shifts, little to no advance notice, and self-scheduling options. Valid driver's license required for driving positions.
Required Qualifications
- Be available to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be available for last-minute shift scheduling.
- Be willing to travel required distances to work assignments.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to speak, read, and write in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic)
- Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience
