Security Officer - First Shift Weekdays

Conduct routine patrols throughout commercial real estate properties, including common areas, parking zones, and perimeters, to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions. Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations by documenting observations and communicating with property management or emergency personnel. Monitor access points, lobbies, and exterior entrances to support authorized entry procedures while providing assistance with visitor directions and property information. Deliver customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities. Maintain a visible presence to safeguard clients in a range of industries.
