Job Summary
Conduct patrols and monitor all access points, interior and exterior while standing guard at assigned posts to maintain visibility and ensure site security. Observe and report hazards or suspicious activity, then complete daily logs and incident reports. Respond quickly to emergencies or threats and monitor surveillance cameras. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while maintaining a clean and professional appearance. This role requires a current State Guard Card License, proficiency in English, and the ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 40 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Current State Guard Card License
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
- Must be able to pass a driving record check
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Proficient English language communication, reading, and writing skills
- Able to meet all physical demands, including occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs.)
- Able to perform tasks such as bending
- Able to perform tasks such as climbing
- Able to perform tasks such as running
- Able to perform tasks such as walking
- Able to perform tasks such as standing for long periods of time
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certification Requirements (All): Guard Card
