Job Summary
Patrol, secure, and monitor facilities using state-of-the-art security technology while managing CCTV systems, alarms, and key control with precision. Respond confidently to security incidents, manage access control, and handle emergencies. Uphold site procedures and represent First Coast Security with excellence and professionalism. Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with a professional and empathetic approach. Master MOPs (Methods of Procedure) and Post Orders. Shifts available Sunday 6-2:30, Friday and Saturday 2:30p-10:30p. Requires High School Diploma or GED, First Aid/CPR/AED certification, and a clean driving record.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associates Degree
- First Aid/CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Background in security, law enforcement, military, or customer service roles
- Clear, calm, and professional communication skills, including two-way radio proficiency
- High energy, strong integrity, and the ability to focus in dynamic environments
- No recent at-fault accidents and a spotless driving history
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening
- Criminal Background Check
- Motor Vehicle record check
