Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas in financial institutions, including banking zones, offices, entrances, parking areas, and perimeters, to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly while following established escalation procedures. Provide professional customer service to employees and visitors, report unusual conditions and maintenance concerns, and maintain detailed activity logs and incident reports. Perform shift handoff communications in accordance with site-specific requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
