Security Officer Experienced Unarmed Patrol

Monitor and patrol assigned commercial real estate areas, including interiors, exterior grounds, parking, and perimeters, to identify unusual activity and report hazards. Respond to alarms and critical incidents while verifying visitor and contractor authorization against site procedures. Provide customer service to tenants and vendors by maintaining a visible presence to deter security incidents and assist with inquiries. Document observations and actions taken according to reporting protocols. This role requires two years of security experience, a valid driver's license, and includes a background investigation and drug screen.
