Security Officer Experienced Unarmed Patrol

Monitor and patrol assigned commercial real estate areas, including building interiors, exterior grounds, parking, and perimeter zones, to identify unusual activity and hazards. Respond to alarms and critical situations while verifying visitor and contractor authorization against site procedures. Provide customer service to tenants and vendors by maintaining a visible presence, documenting observations, and communicating clearly with property management and first responders. Perform emergency response activities in accordance with site-specific policies and reporting procedures.
