Security Officer Experienced Unarmed Patrol

Conduct routine unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter zones to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations while maintaining accurate logs and incident documentation. Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by executing site-specific policies and emergency response procedures. Monitor property access, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and suspicious activity to site management. Work part-time shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
