Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas in manufacturing and industrial locations to deter security incidents and maintain a visible presence. Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations by following site protocols and reporting requirements. Conduct regular unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, and facility perimeters to identify unusual activity. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while managing access control, checking credentials, and documenting arrivals and departures. Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation. Work day shifts from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of security-related experience
- At least two years of law enforcement, military, and/or corrections experience
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet
- Have customer service experience
- Have access control and badge experience
