Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas in manufacturing and industrial locations, maintaining a visible presence to deter security incidents. Respond to alarms and critical situations following established protocols while providing customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors. Conduct regular unarmed patrols of production zones, warehouses, and facility perimeters to identify unusual activity. Monitor access control by checking credentials and documenting arrivals, departures, and deliveries. Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation for site contacts and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of security-related experience
- At least two years of law enforcement, military, and/or corrections experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be subject to a background investigation
- Be subject to a drug screen
- A valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet
- Have customer service experience
- Have access control and badge experience
