Security Officer Entry Management

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors by following access control procedures and site-specific policies. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and document visitor, vendor, and delivery activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts or emergency services. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, production areas, and perimeter to identify unusual activity. Support gatehouse and lobby operations by controlling authorized access for personnel, vehicles, and materials while maintaining accurate logs. This role combines visible presence, routine patrols, and strong communication to help reduce security-related incidents at a manufacturing and industrial location.
