Job Summary
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and manage visitor processing while documenting access activity at a government location. Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and contractors, and respond to incidents by escalating concerns through proper channels and completing required reports. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to identify unusual activity or policy violations. Perform these duties during day shifts from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Sunday. A valid driver's license is required for driving positions, and applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
