Job Summary
Provide customer service and execute security procedures at retail and convenience store locations, including responding to incidents, conducting patrols of the store and fuel area, and monitoring access points. Document observations and communicate professionally with store personnel, customers, and law enforcement. Maintain a six-month commitment to a designated anchor shift while utilizing the Claim-A-Shift program to pick up additional shifts and increase earnings. This part-time role in Santa Fe offers flexible hours, starting at $22.55 per hour, with opportunities to scale up to full-time schedules. Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED and meet background investigation and drug screen requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Valid driver's license
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Six (6) month commitment to a designated site and weekly shift
- Ability to pick-up additional shifts through the scheduling platform
- Part-time employment with flexibility
- Income stability
- Opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week
- Option to scale back when needed
- Licensing requirements met per state and/or local laws and regulations
Desired Qualifications
