Job Summary
Monitor entry points and screen individuals, vehicles, packages, and deliveries entering designated areas in accordance with site policies. Verify identification, credentials, visitor authorizations, and delivery documentation before permitting access to restricted or controlled areas. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and conduct regular patrols of assigned business areas and perimeter locations while maintaining accurate activity and visitor records. Work a rotating day shift schedule from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, at a technology-focused location in Boise, ID.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
Desired Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- A Guard Card or license is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
